We believe that God is one in essence and nature and yet composed of three persons; thus there is one and only one true God and that in the unity of the Godhead there are three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; that they are equal and execute distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption. Regarding His characteristics, God is omniscient (all-knowing), omnipotent (all-powerful) and omnipresent (everywhere present at all times). Regarding His character, God is perfect in every aspect of holiness, faithfulness, love, mercy, truth, justice and righteousness. His most prized characteristic is holiness.
